Tasting Notes: Heaven’s Door 777 Blend
Vital Stats: Aged 7 years. 93.6 proof. Chicago, Illinois.
Appearance: Old gold in color.
Nose: The nose is sweet and pleasant. I detected pie spices and vanilla, along with dried sweet apple.
Palate: The palate is very subtle. I enjoyed the notes of apple, anise, and allspice. The finish was abrupt and dry.
