Shipping Details
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday to Friday, 4.00 P.M. Orders placed on weekends, will not be processed until the next business day.

All orders have to be processed and fulfilled before shipment. Our team will take up to 1-2 business days to process your orders. After the item is processed and fulfilled, our team will ship out your item and our transit time on orders range from 5-12 business days.
Returns
Unfortunately due to state laws we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages if the product is not defective. If a product is shipped in error, we will provide free return shipping and a full replacement or refund (whichever you prefer). Simply notify us of the problem within 48 hours of receiving your order through the Contact page or email us at sales@premiumliquorshop.com.
Cancellations
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests if the order has not yet been shipped. Cancellations may be subject to a re-stocking fee. If an order is already in transit or delivered it cannot be cancelled.
Signature Policy
If you order from us you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be REQUIRED upon delivery. Title to all items you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
Address Restrictions
We use a network of carriers to deliver all packages. Our Shipping Carrier does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers but do ship to all residential and business addresses. We will only allow you to checkout if your delivery address is within the allowed zone of the fulfilling store.
Delivery Attempt
It is the Customer’s responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, 2 subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to sender. The Customer will incur the cost of the return shipping.
Extreme Weather
Premium Liquor Shop shall not be responsible for any product damage that occurs due to extreme temperatures during shipping. Quality Liquor Shop strongly urges you to consider the effect of weather conditions prior to ordering products. Potential heat exposure during warm weather conditions and extreme cold during the winter months may damage products during shipping. We define these temperature readings or predicted temperatures of greater than 75 degrees or less than 45 degrees Fahrenheit. If you notify Quality Liquor Shop that you would like your order to be put on hold until temperature conditions are more suitable for shipping, Quality Liquor Shop will do so at no additional cost.
Insurance
Premium Liquor Shop will not automatically provides insurance for each order placed online as it is not included in the shipping cost. Our insurance policy does not solely insures shipments against breakage and loss from the time of purchase to the time of delivery unless the customer insures his or her order with the insurance fee which will be provided to customer. Shipping insurance does not cover scratched and/or scuffed labels and /or capsules, cracked wax seals and/or capsules, damaged bottle packaging boxes or seepage. Buyer is strongly advised to purchase secondary insurance for any and all items purchased from Premium Liquor Shop as Premium Liquor Shop nor it’s agents assume any responsibility for the aforementioned deterioration resulting from shipment and/or packaging.
Product Images
The product shipped may differ slightly from the product image displayed on Quality Liquor Shop’s website. Product packaging is constantly being updated and we do everything in our power to keep product images up to date. However we make no guarantees of the exact bottle shape or label design that is shipped to the customer unless it is specified as a special and/or limited edition or an older-style bottling.
