The Macallan Distil Your World Paris

The Macallan Distil Your World Paris is the fifth release in The Macallan’s Distil Your World series, created in collaboration with the Roca brothers and guided by Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell. This limited edition single malt Scotch whisky translates the city’s culinary culture and atmosphere into flavour by marrying spirit matured in sherry seasoned American and European oak casks, ex-bourbon casks and rare Cognac casks. The result is a whisky designed to evoke Parisian touches including freshly baked pastries, brioche, sweet fruit hints and soft spices that reflect the city’s iconic food traditions and streetscapes.

Presented with a natural color dubbed Parisian Sunrise and a collectors’ box featuring artwork inspired by Parisian life and l’art de la table, this expression offers a sensory journey through aroma and taste that mirrors experiences in the French capital. Bottled at 47.2% ABV, it extends a long finish with gentle oak and spice notes, making it a distinctive expression within The Macallan’s ongoing global homage series.
