Parker’s Heritage Double Barrel Blend 16th Edition is a rare, limited‑release bourbon from the esteemed Parker’s Heritage Collection produced by Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky. This 16th edition showcases masterful blending and aging techniques that highlight the craft and legacy of Parker Beam, Heaven Hill’s late Master Distiller.
This special bourbon is composed of 67 % double‑barreled 13‑year‑old Kentucky Straight Bourbon that spent four weeks in new, charred American white oak barrels after primary aging, and 33 % 15‑year‑old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, creating a bold and complex spirit. The mash bill follows Heaven Hill’s traditional formula of 78 % corn, 10 % rye and 12 % malted barley.
Bottled at barrel proof (132.2 or 66.1 % ABV) and uncut with no chill filtration, this bourbon delivers an oak‑forward nose with hints of butterscotch and caramel, followed by a palate that balances warm spice, sweetness and slight oak tannins. The finish is long and warming with notes of dark chocolate, baking spices and white pepper, offering a deeply satisfying, full‑bodied experience.
More than just a premium pour, this edition continues Heaven Hill’s tradition of contributing a portion of proceeds to ALS research and patient care, honoring Parker Beam’s legacy and passion for both whiskey innovation and charitable impact.
Ideal for collectors and seasoned bourbon enthusiasts, the Parker’s Heritage Double Barrel Blend 16th Edition stands out as a remarkable testament to craftsmanship, heritage, and depth of flavor.
