Little Book The Infinite: Edition II is the second chapter in the innovative Infinite bourbon series, a revolutionary take on the “infinity bottle” concept where each annual release builds on the legacy of previous editions. Created by Freddie Noe, eighth-generation master distiller at James B. Beam Distilling Co., this expression brings together whiskies distilled by three generations of the Noe family:
- Booker Noe’s Bourbon: deeply aged (22 years) with oak, char, and smoke traits.
- Fred Noe’s Bourbon: richly flavored with vanilla, caramel, and dark stone fruit.
- Freddie Noe’s Bourbon: a 7 year Kentucky straight bourbon with extended fermentation for brightness.
- Shared Base Component: includes part of Edition I to carry legacy into future blends.

The result is a layered and expressive American bourbon that marries depth and complexity. Aromas of crisp apple and pear mingle with sweet caramel and gentle barrel char. On the palate, rich vanilla and fruit flavors unfold before a warm, lingering finish with oak and subtle smoke. Bottled uncut and unfiltered at cask strength, this limited release appeals to collectors and enthusiasts drawn to both tradition and innovation in bourbon craftsmanship.
