Booker’s Jerry’s Batch 2025-03 Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the third release of 2025 from the Jim Beam Distillery, named in honor of Jerry Dalton (the only non-Beam family master distiller in the brand’s history). This batch pays tribute to Dalton’s legacy with a robust, uncut, and unfiltered bourbon that embodies the Booker’s tradition of bold flavor.

Aged for 7 years, 4 months, and 21 days (with some barrels extending to 7 years, 9 months, and 19 days), Jerry’s Batch is bottled at 124.7 proof (62.35% ABV), delivering a powerful yet balanced profile. The mashbill features 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley, with barrels drawn from nine different warehouses to create a layered complexity.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Cinnamon, toasted almond, caramel, vanilla.
- Palate: Pop of cinnamon, caramel, toasted oak, toffee.
- Finish: Baking spices, charred oak, brown sugar, aged oak, light tobacco, lingering rye spice.
With its copper color and bold proof, Booker’s 2025-03 Jerry’s Batch is a collector’s release that stays true to the brand’s heritage while honoring Dalton’s contribution to bourbon history.
