Aged a minimum of 17 years in new American white oak barrels with #4 55-second char, the 2020 Eagle Rare 17 Year offers up a bouquet of aromatic cherries dipped in vanilla cream and oak. The palate is sweet and peppery with notes of caramel and brewed dark coffee seasoned with freshly crushed herbs.
